I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located near the funicular which made it easy to explore the area. The staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming and helpful. The room was elegant and had character, with a comfy bed and beautiful views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of options. this place exceeded my expectations and I would gladly recommend it to anyone.

We loved the stunning gardens and the glorious views over the city. The deluxe room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist and the restaurant server, provided excellent service. The location near the funicular made it convenient for exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay at the Relais. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always ready to help. The breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the città alta. The hotel grounds were stunning and offered plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bergamo.
